Tim probably wouldn’t want to hear this but the picture on the left was taken when I was in my early 40’s. Nope, there was no such thing as CrossFit at the time but that is a real 6 pack, no airbrushing either.
The picture on the right was taken in June in South Africa. Sadly I have to be thankful for that orange jacket to cover up the less than perfect shape. Gravity is finally starting to win the battle. Perhaps after 35 days of walking I will lean back up some.

You will need to learn the art of the “selfie”. Just don´t get one of those “selfie poles” because you´ll look like a total gringo. LOL. You will certainly lean up after 35 of non-stop cardio!
